"Immaculately clean, every convenience, great bathrooms and showers"

Such a nice lady to deal with. I was disorganised but she wasn't and she was so helpful. She was also flexible which is a nice quality when one is planning time away. The building is an old mansion block, v. attractive, like something out of Poirrot but the flat was a little tricky to find once inside but there are instructions (which I didn't read at first). The flat is so clean, spotless infact. The beds are comfy. The sheets nice and soft.

The bathrooms are modern and luxurious with the main bath big and with powerful water pressure in both. The kitchen is better than yours at home. I guarantee it. With good oven, dishwasher, microwave. There are cleaning materials, rubbish bags, cloths, dishwasher fluid, washing machine and detergent, lovely plates, crockery and utensils. Brilliant. We had someone for dinner and didn't lack anything. There are so many TV channels and it was warm and cosy with good radiators and heating. Thoroughly recommend. Oh and there is private, off-street parking. The shops are about 3 blocks walk one way, the sea is about the same in the other direction but it's nice to have a car. Thanks so much for a great stay.

"A home from home"

What an Amazing apartment,the location so close to BOSCOMBE Pier and Beach was perfect for walking during the nicer autumn weather. the Large apartment has everything you could possibly need was very warm and comfortable during our stay. I would definitely recommend a visit.

"A Romantic Retreat"

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The flat was clean, comfortable and well equipped. I really loved the buildling and the area in general! I attached a picture of my husband standing in the beautiful foyer under a truly amazing grand chandelier! (see my pics). The location is great because it is close to the beach and the town where there are lots of restaurants and shops. If you want to order dinner in, we found numerous places that delivered to the flat. There was a grocery store within walking distance as well so we were able to make dinner at the flat since the kitchen was stocked with all essentials for cooking. We traveled around the surrounding area and saw Mary Shelley's grave and went to a castle. Overall, I highly recommend this property and cannot wait to go back again! Great for a romantic getaway if you enjoy romantic walks along the beach with your spouse as the sun sets over the water. Can't go wrong with that!!

Well furnished comfortable appartment in walking distance of the town and beach. Mini train link from Boscombe to Bournmouth and shopping centre also close to good bus link. Great authentic Chinese resturant a few bus stops away definatly recommended.

We found the apartment spotlessly clean and everything we had expected was there. Everything I needed for my stay was provided for. With two small children with us the apartment was perfect for giving them a safe environment to stay and play in.
Both living areas and bedrooms were very comfortable.
A good location just a short walk from the beach and easy access to the many tourist attractions within short driving distance.
This was our first trip to the area and would thoroughly recommend the apartment.

"Clean, well equipped and central to many attractions."

After visiting relatives in the area for 10 years this was by far the nicest and most spacious accomodation we have stayed in and definately the best value for money. We loved the fact that you didn't need to jump in the car every day as the beach, park, shops and Bournemouth were all within walking distance. We were blessed with great weather so spent many days down on the beach. Will be on the top of our list when choosing accomodation for 2013.

This holiday apartment is a shining example of how all holiday rentals should be done. It was like a home from home with everything provided, good decor and furnishings, and only a short walk from a lovely sandy beach. We will definately be booking again.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The flat is very well equipped and conveniently located being just a short stroll to the seafront and pier. Pleasant walks to Bournemouth and Christschurch along the seafront, beaches immaculate. A real taste of the typical British seaside holiday. Short drives to Poole and ferry to Swanage were easy and enjoyable. Plus a ride on the Steam railway Corfe Castle to Swanage was a real must do. In other words flat is in a very good location for walking, sightseeing, relaxing and has nice options for dining out within walking distance. Superb!

"Stunning spotless cosy couldn't want for anything more from an apartment"

This is a lovely apartment whether with family or just partner, we've stayed in burlington mansions before so we had high expectations and we wasn't let down when we arrived at this apartment. The apartment is very very clean and everything works, kitchen is wonderful and the apartment itself is very spacious. Booking was nice and easy teresa was quick to reply whenever I emailed, all in all very enjoyable and money well spent, yes we will return again thanks Teresa!!!

The apartment is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need and more. The cleanliness was impeccable. Situated 5 mins from the beach and town center, and close to lots of Bournemouths many attractions.

What we asked for was what we got!
One of our absolute favourites!!
Relax, good bedding & mattresses (my husband have back problems) a very cosy interior design, and great bathrooms!!!
The access was possible from a secondary entrance too and it was very helpful when coming back from shopping. The central heating could be managed according to our desires.
That is really handy when you want to sleep in a fresh bedroom but want to have a nice warm living room.
Thanks to Teresa and Wayne, we really felt like at home.

Grand historic former hotel. Beautiful modern furnishings. Fully equipped kitchen.. Loved the original photoart throughout the flat. Stonesthrow from the beachfront and pier. Easy access to walking paths and gardens. Many lively pubs and cafes to choose from. Was the perfect holiday getaway!
